Job Summary
We are actively seeking physically strong, energetic, and highly reliable individuals to join our warehouse sorting team. As a Part-Time Package Handler, you will physically load and unload trailers, sort packages via conveyor belts, and scan barcodes. Comprehensive Responsibilities
- Trailer Unloading: Work rapidly to unload incoming 53-foot trailers, placing packages of all sizes safely onto the primary sorting conveyor belt.
- High-Speed Sorting: Read package labels quickly and route boxes to their correct outbound chutes or geographic zones.
- Outbound Loading: Safely and tightly stack boxes from floor to ceiling inside outbound trailers to maximize space and prevent shifting.
- Safety Adherence: Maintain a clean workspace, immediately resolving any conveyor jams safely, and utilizing proper lifting mechanics to avoid injury.
